The service
susymix.com is the e-commerce website of Susy Mix S.r.l. (VAT no. IT02342280407, registered office: Via Rosario Livatino 31, 47521 Cesena FC, Italy), where consumers can browse the women's fashion and accessories catalogue, create an account, add products to the cart and complete purchases online. A reserved area for retailers (B2B) is also available.
How the service works
The website allows you to: browse the catalogue by category and collection; view product pages with descriptions, sizes and prices; manage your cart and order; register and access your personal account; contact customer service through the contact form. Terms of sale, delivery times and the right of withdrawal are described in the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, available in the website footer.
Reference standards
Susy Mix pursues compliance of the service with the accessibility requirements of Annex I, sections III and IV, of Legislative Decree 82/2022, taking the EN 301 549 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA as its technical reference.
Measures implemented
To meet the accessibility requirements, the website adopts, among others, the following measures:
- full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons and fields;
- a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page;
- text alternatives for functional images and accessible names for icon controls (cart, wishlist, search);
- labels correctly associated with form fields (login, registration, contact, newsletter);
- text contrast ratios compliant with level AA;
- text resizing and browser zoom without loss of content;
- page language correctly declared in each version (Italian, English, German);
- heading and page structure usable with assistive technologies.
Known limitations and continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As of the last update, work is in progress on: text alternatives for some promotional banner images; readability of text overlaid on photographic images in some sections; some editorial content in a language other than the page language. Third-party content may not be fully accessible.
